Understanding Periods and Pelvic Health Over Time

This study aims to better understand what period, pelvic, and gynaecological health symptoms people experience on a day-to-day basis, and what impact this has on their wellbeing (e.g., mental health, physical activity, ability to do daily tasks). We are also interested in your experiences (or not) of seeking information about these symptoms. The information you provide will help us develop a digital symptom reporting tool.

This study is currently open to students in the School of Psychology at Cardiff University, through the EMS system. Participants must also:

  • Have had at least one period in the previous three months
  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Have daily access to a smart phone or computer
